How do I polish my titanium golf Irons?

March 15, 2009

I have a set of Callaway Fusion Wide Sole titanium irons. The non-hitting surfaces have a few small scratches and blemishes. I am particular about the clubs and want to keep them looking great. Any tip on how to polish out these slight scratches and blemishes. They are not big and most people would just ignore them I know.

One way I like to add a nice sheen to my irons is a trick tought to me by an old tour pro. He would take a little bucker sand, put it into a bowl, add some water, and rub this on his iron heads. Rub it around in little circles for a while, probably five minutes a club…don’t be stingy with it, keep a good amount on there.

It always makes my clubs look brand new, it used to look great on the late 80’s Taylor Made metal woods….doesn’t work on woods now thought because they’re painted!

Use the Denali Clubtub. Cleans all of your clubs very well.

I would go by a club repair shop and ask to make sure you don[t do more damage
